The Director of Instruction position is an exciting, multifaceted position that affects the achievement and learning of all students and staff. The major responsibilities of this position include curriculum study and implementation, standards and accountability, improving and supporting instruction, assessment and data analysis, professional development, grants management, and school improvement.
Data analysis and goal setting are at the core of this position. All of our efforts toward school improvement are based on many sources of available data and are aligned with the plan for professional development, grant distribution, and our work on improving curriculum, instruction, and assessment.
